The building's exposure covers all directions – east, west, north and south.
The building has four floors. On the ground floor there is a coffee shop, clothing and souvenir shops. Above them are three hotel floors, the top floor being a mansard.
The apartments have a dining room and bedrooms and are equipped with a kitchen and built-in appliances - washing machine, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator.
The studios and rooms are equipped with flat-screen cable TV, comfortable and large bedrooms or single beds with high mattresses, a coffee machine with capsules, tea, and a bathroom with toilet.
Optimal and individual temperature comfort is ensured in each room.
